WHAT’S
HAPPENED
We started with 13 people
from St John’s and the wider URC church and the management committee but it
has increased by approximately 50%.
Many individuals and groups
have benefited over the last year. Below is an attempt to show you some of
the things that are easier to measure and show off some of the positive
comments we have had about our centre and the services we provide to the
community.

Most of our volunteers and committee come from
outside the Newlands area, but this allows for a strong committee, free of
local politics. Our aim is to plan for a sustainable future.
Our vision is to set up a charitable trust, which
is an ongoing issue.
We always welcome local people’s involvement in the
centre, from day to day volunteering, on the management committee, or as
trustees.
